Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. • Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., rubber stamps, engraved products) may take 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders as indicated on our website.

4. No International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur additional shipping charges. If the item is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it will not be eligible for a refund.



Return & Refund Policy:

1. Customized and Made-to-Order Items Products that require customization or preparation, including all rubber stamps and engraved items, are not eligible for return, unless the return is due to an error made by the seller (e.g., the seller enters provided information incorrectly).

2. Standard, Non-Customized Items Items sold exactly as offered, with no customization required—such as wax stamps, teacher stamps, and sealing wax—may be returned at the customer’s expense. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

3. Returnable Items Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Refunds will be issued after the returned products are received and verified to be in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact. Items that have been opened or used are not refundable.

4. Cancellations & Customer Support Customers may request a cancellation by contacting us via email or phone. Once approved, refund processing may take 7 to 10 days.

Important Notice Any Orders that are placed incorrectly by the customer and later cancelled will incur a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers payment-processing and restocking costs. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
